Today in class, one of my students introduced us to Piet Zwart! A very talented Graphic Designer, Typographer, Industrial Designer from the Netherlands. I fell in love with his work. I love the simplicity and style of his use of color and shapes. He was called "The Wizard of Design". He was a rebel and didn't want to conform to the rules. Day 1 of my 21 Day Cleanse

Today, I start my 21 day cleanse. I'm excited to get started but also a little worried about my discipline and sticking too it! I feel tired,  out of shape and overweight. Hopefully, I won't go through too much of a detox and my body responds well. I dread the headaches and feeling nausea and look forward to the feeling afterwards. It's an incredible feeling and can't wait…..

Back on Juicing!

Yesterday was the first day of juicing. I had orange juice, banana almond strawberry smoothie, green juice and 3 quarts of water. I did yoga, hula, step and jogging on the wii and did zumba before bed. I feel great today! I lost 3 lbs!! Not sure how long I'm going to go...... :) I like the way I feel!!
